1.) Enable Website Product FAQ :
Website Product FAQ is enabled by default but any how want not to use just disable from the settings .
Navigation : Settings → INKERP

User who allowd as Notify User about new FAQ will notify when any query generate from the website.

3.) Guest / Public User :
Guest / Public User can see the questions and answer of bht but can not ask the question about the product.

Here internal user can answer the questions, publish or unpublish that as per require . Also a activity is planned to answer the question.
8.) Product FAQs in Product Template :
Product FAQs can also see in Product Template, Where sequence of it can be change as per importance.
