Stock Picking Recycle Bin
Stock Picking Recycle Bin helps securely manage deleted Stock Picking records in Odoo. Deleted stock picking records are stored in the Recycle Bin for easy review and recovery. Users can restore required Stock Picking records directly from the Recycle Bin whenever needed. The Default Retention Days setting automatically removes expired deleted Stock Picking records permanently.

Store and Restore Deleted Stock Pickings
Deleted Stock Picking records are safely moved to the Recycle Bin instead of being permanently removed. Users can review the stored stock pickings and restore the required records whenever needed.
Automatic Permanent Deletion
The Default Retention Days setting controls how long deleted Stock Picking records remain in the Recycle Bin. After the selected retention period, expired stock picking records are automatically deleted permanently.

1.)Delete Stock Picking Record
Select the required Stock Picking record from the list view that you want to delete. Click the Action button and select the Delete option to remove the selected stock picking record. The deleted Stock Picking record is moved to the Recycle Bin instead of being permanently deleted. This allows the stock picking record to be restored later whenever required.

2.)Deleted Stock Picking In Recycle Bin
Open the Recycle Bin to view the deleted Stock Picking records that are safely stored there. Select the required stock picking record to review the available actions. Click the Restore button to recover the deleted Stock Picking record. The restored stock picking will become available again in the Stock Picking menu.

3.)Restored Stock Picking Records
After a Stock Picking record is restored from the Recycle Bin, it is stored in the Recycle Bin Restored Record menu. Open this menu to view the stock picking records that have been successfully restored. This provides a convenient way to track and manage Stock Picking records recovered from the Recycle Bin.

4.)Verify Restored Stock Picking
After the Stock Picking record is successfully restored, open the Stock Picking menu to verify the recovered record. The restored stock picking is available again in the Stock Picking list and can be accessed normally. This confirms that the deleted Stock Picking record has been successfully recovered from the Recycle Bin.

5.)Configure Default Retention Days
Open the Odoo Settings to find the Default Retention Days field for the Recycle Bin. Set the required number of days to define how long deleted Stock Picking records remain stored. Once the selected retention period is reached, the stored deleted records are automatically deleted permanently. This helps keep the Recycle Bin clean by automatically removing expired Stock Picking records.

6.)Run Recycle Bin Schedule Action
Open the Record Recycle Bin Schedule Action to manage the automatic deletion of expired Stock Picking records. Click the Run Manually button to execute the scheduled action immediately. The system checks the stored Recycle Bin records according to the configured Default Retention Days. Stock Picking records that have reached the selected retention period are automatically deleted permanently.

7.)Permanently Deleted Stock Picking Records
After the configured retention period is completed, expired Stock Picking records are permanently deleted from the Recycle Bin. These deleted records are no longer available for restoration or recovery. This ensures outdated Recycle Bin data is automatically removed from the system and helps keep the inventory database clean.
