Editable Done Date for Stock Picks

Here user can set the access right for Update effective date.
2.) Delivery Order form view.
In the delivery orders form view user can find the update effective date link button from there use can open the wizard which lead you to the effective date field. so user can edit the date.
Navigation : Inventory → Operations → Transfers → Delivery

Here user can see the effective date is changed.
