Features
Personalized User Shortcuts
Every user receives an individual shortcut area on the Odoo home menu. Shortcuts created by one user remain separate from other users, providing a personal workspace based on daily responsibilities.
Internal and External Link Support
Create shortcuts for any internal Odoo page or external website. The module accepts internal paths and standard web URLs, making it useful for both business menus and frequently visited online resources.
Custom Names and Icons
Each shortcut can include a clear name and an optional image icon. Customized icons make important pages easier to identify and keep the home page organized.
Quick Shortcut Management
Users can add shortcuts directly from the home menu, while administrators can manage them from the user profile. Shortcuts can be reordered, activated, deactivated, or removed whenever requirements change.

1.) Shortcut Area on the Home Menu :
A separate Shortcuts section appears above the standard Odoo applications. Frequently used pages such as Products or external resources can be opened directly from these tiles, while the Add Shortcut option remains available for creating new shortcuts.
2.) Mobile-Friendly Shortcut Layout :
The home menu adjusts naturally to smaller mobile screens. Shortcut and application tiles are arranged in a compact grid, allowing users to access important pages comfortably from a phone or tablet.
3.) Copy the Required Page URL :
Open the Odoo page that needs to be saved and copy its address from the browser. In this example, the Customers page URL is selected so it can be added as a new dashboard shortcut.
4.) Add a New Shortcut :
Clicking Add Shortcut opens a simple form for entering the shortcut name and destination URL. A custom image can also be uploaded as the icon, helping users recognize the shortcut more easily on the home menu.
5.) Access the Newly Created Shortcut :
After saving, the new shortcut appears immediately in the Shortcuts section. The Customers tile now provides one-click access to the configured customer page without navigating through the Sales menus.
6.) Manage Shortcuts from the User Profile :
The Shortcuts tab inside the user form provides a complete list of assigned links. Administrators can review names, URLs, icons, display order, and active status, as well as add, rearrange, disable, or delete shortcuts.
