Sale Order HTML Note enables adding rich, formatted notes directly into sale orders. Notes can be set by default from system settings, selected from quotation templates, or entered manually. When a sale order is created manually, the default HTML note is added automatically for consistency. 1.) Enable App Feature from Settings :
By default this feature is enabled, but want to disable this feature then it is also possible from this settings.
Navigation : Settings → INKERP
2.) Default HTML Note Configuration:
configure here default HTML note which apply automatically in all sale orders by default if not configuired in quatation template.
Navigation : Settings → Sale Order → HTML Note
3.) Set HTML Note in Quatation Template :
Navigation : Sales → Configuration → Quotation Templates
4.) Default HTML Note in Sale Order :
HTML default note automatically set if no any template selected.
If Template is selected then firt priority provide to template's note.
