Purchase View Type Restriction
Purchase View Type Restriction provides flexible control over the View Type option in the Odoo Purchase interface. It enables administrators to manage View Type visibility for individual users according to their roles and procurement requirements. When the restriction is enabled, the selected user cannot change or select different views from the Purchase interface. The module operates independently of existing Purchase access rights and standard Odoo security permissions. It provides a controlled and consistent interface without changing the availability of individual Purchase views.

Individual Purchase View Type Control
Administrators can assign the View Type option separately for individual Purchase users. This allows businesses to manage the Purchase interface according to different user roles and procurement responsibilities. Existing Purchase access rights remain unaffected by the restriction.
Hide View Type Option
When the restriction is enabled, the View Type option is removed from the selected user's Purchase interface. This prevents users from switching between available Purchase views directly from the interface. The feature controls only the View Type option and does not restrict individual Purchase view types.

1.)Admin View Type Access Rights
Go to the Settings menu in Odoo and open the Users section. Select the user for whom you want to configure Purchase Order view access. In the user form, locate the Purchase Order: View Types option under the access settings. From here, you can configure the required view access according to the user's role and responsibilities.

2.)Purchase Order : View Type
On the user page, users can find the Purchase Order: View Types restriction option in the access settings. Select the required view type from the available options. Choose All Views to allow the user to access all available Purchase Order views. This provides flexible control over Purchase Order view visibility for each user.
3.)Purchase Request For Quotation
After selecting All Views, the Purchase Request for Quotation menu provides access to all available view types. Users can easily switch between List, Kanban, Activity, Calendar, and Graph views. This allows users to analyze and manage purchase requests in the view that best suits their requirements. It provides complete visibility and a flexible way to work with Purchase Requests.

4.)Quotation View
You can see that all available Purchase Quotation views are visible when All Views access is selected. Users can switch between List, Kanban, Activity, Calendar, and Graph views. This provides complete visibility of Purchase Quotation information in different formats. It helps users easily manage, review, and analyze quotations according to their requirements.
5.)User View Type Access Rights
Set the Purchase Order: View Types access right to No from the user settings. This option restricts the selected user from accessing the available Purchase Order views. The user will no longer be able to access the configured Purchase Order view types. This helps administrators control Purchase Order view visibility based on user roles and responsibilities.

Go to the Purchase Quotation menu after setting the Purchase Order: View Types access right to No. The user can see only the List view, while the other available views are not visible.
