Purchase Order Recycle Bin
Record Recycle Bin Purchase Order securely stores deleted Purchase Order records in the Recycle Bin app. Restore required Purchase Order records easily whenever recovery is needed. Configure Default Retention Days to control how long deleted records remain available. Expired deleted records are automatically removed permanently after the selected retention period.

Store Deleted Purchase Orders
Deleted Purchase Order records are automatically moved to the Recycle Bin app instead of being permanently removed. This provides a safe way to manage deleted records and helps prevent accidental data loss.
Restore Deleted Purchase Orders
Required Purchase Order records can be restored directly from the Recycle Bin whenever needed. This makes it easy to recover accidentally deleted records and return them to the Purchase Order workflow.
Automatic Record Cleanup
Configure Default Retention Days to define how long deleted Purchase Order records should remain in the Recycle Bin. Once the selected retention period is reached, expired records are automatically deleted permanently.

1.)Purchase order Delete Record
Select a Purchase Order from the list view and use the available action option to delete the selected record. Once deleted, the Purchase Order is removed from the current view and securely moved to the Recycle Bin app. This allows the deleted record to be retained for recovery instead of being permanently removed immediately.

2.)Recycle Bin Deleted Record
Open the Recycle Bin app to view the deleted Purchase Order records stored for recovery. Each deleted record can be reviewed and managed directly from the Recycle Bin. Click the Restore button to recover the selected Purchase Order and bring it back into the system. This helps quickly recover records when they are deleted accidentally.

3.)Restored Record in Recycle Bin
Restored Purchase Order records are stored in the Recycle Bin Restored Record menu for easy reference. Open this menu to view Purchase Orders that were previously recovered from the Recycle Bin. This provides a clear history of restored records and helps administrators track recovered Purchase Orders.

4.)Restored Purchase Order Record
After restoring a deleted Purchase Order, the record becomes available again in the Purchase Order menu. Open the Purchase Order list to locate and view the restored record. This allows the recovered Purchase Order to be managed normally like other existing records.

5.)Set Default Retention Days
Open the settings to access the Default Retention Days field for managing deleted Purchase Order records. Set the required number of days to define how long deleted records should remain in the Recycle Bin. Once the configured retention period is reached, the stored deleted records are automatically deleted permanently. This helps keep the Recycle Bin clean and organized.

6.)Record Recycle Bin Schedule Action Run Manually
Open the Record Recycle Bin scheduled action and click the Run Manually button to start the cleanup process. The scheduled action checks the deleted records stored in the Recycle Bin based on the configured retention period. Records that have exceeded the selected retention days are automatically deleted permanently.

7.)Expired Deleted Records Can Be Permanently Removed
After the Recycle Bin cleanup process is completed, expired deleted records are permanently removed from the system. Records that exceed the configured retention period are automatically deleted and can no longer be restored. This helps keep the Recycle Bin clean and prevents unnecessary records from being stored.
