Create and Manage Purchase Categories
Users can define custom purchase categories directly within the Purchase Configuration settings. Each category can be assigned a distinct color for quick visual identification, simplifying the organization of procurement items.
Assign Categories in Requests for Quotation
Within RFQs, users can select the relevant purchase category for each request. Categories are visible in multiple views, including form, list, and Kanban views, allowing teams to quickly track and manage procurement items.
