Multi-Currency Cash Management(In/Out) for POS
POS Multi-Currency Payment enables businesses to manage cash transactions in multiple currencies directly from the Point of Sale. Users can configure supported currencies, perform cash in and cash out operations in the selected currency, and automatically view the equivalent amount in the main POS currency using exchange rates. The module also provides multi-currency cash control during register closing, detailed movement records, and balance validation for withdrawals, helping businesses maintain accurate cash records and prevent incorrect transactions.
Features
Multi-Currency Cash In and Cash Out
Record cash deposits and withdrawals directly from the active POS session using the selected currency. The operation screen displays the available drawer balance, entered amount, reason, and currency equivalent so the cashier can verify the transaction before confirmation.
Cash Out Balance Validation
Cash withdrawals are checked against the current drawer balance for the selected currency. When the requested amount is greater than the available balance, the system displays a warning and prevents the cash out from being confirmed.
Multi-Currency Register Closing
Register closing provides separate cash control for each configured currency, including opening balance, cash in/out movements, counted amount, and difference. This makes reconciliation easier and helps users identify discrepancies before closing the POS session.
Currency Cash Movement History
Every multi-currency cash movement is recorded with important transaction details such as date, POS session, operation, currency, amount, exchange rate, POS amount, reason, and cashier. Users can review the list and open individual records for verification or audit purposes.
