This feature streamlines the POS workflow by automatically adding a complimentary product to the customer's order when certain conditions are met—no manual selection required. It ensures promotional or bonus items are applied consistently, enhancing customer satisfaction while reducing cashier effort and error.
Customizable Complimentary Rules
Businesses can define their own rules for complimentary items in POS settings. You can assign a specific complimentary product (e.g., a reusable shopping bag for eco campaigns) or link it to conditions such as quantity purchased.
Customer Visibility via Receipts
Beyond automatic addition, the complimentary item is also visible on the receipt-making promotions transparent to customers and helping staff verify that the bonus item has been properly applied.

1.) Enable Complimentary Product in POS Settings
Once enabled, complimentary (free) products can be automatically added to POS orders based on the configured rules
Navigation : Setting → Point of Sale → Complimentary Product
2.) Configure Complimentary Product at Product Level
In the product form, you can define POS Complimentary Products and set limit offers.
Navigation : Point of Sale → Product Variants → Product
3.) Auto-Added Complimentary Product in POS Order
When the cashier adds a qualifying product to the POS cart, the configured complimentary product is automatically added at zero cost.
4.) Complimentary Product Shown on Customer Receipt
Once the order is confirmed and payment is completed, the complimentary product is automatically displayed on the printed POS receipt.
