1.) Enable Cash In/Out Receipt/Report (General Settings)
This screen shows the global configuration where the Cash In/Out Receipt and Report feature can be activated. Once enabled, Odoo will allow generating receipt slips and reports for every cash movement in POS.

2.) Activate POS Cash In/Out Receipt in Point of Sale Settings
This screen allows enabling cash movement receipts directly within the POS settings. By activating this option, the POS interface will display functionality to print receipts for each Cash In or Cash Out.

3.) Cash In/Out Operation Popup in POS
This screenshot displays the POS popup where the cashier records Cash In or Cash Out amounts along with reason notes. The cashier enters the amount and reason, then confirms the operation to save it within the POS session.
4.) Receipt Preview for Cash Movement
This screen shows a print preview of the generated Cash In/Out receipt. It includes essential details such as date, amount, reason, and employee responsible for the operation. This preview allows cashiers or managers to verify details before printing or saving the document.
5.) Cash In/Out Receipt PDF Document
The final PDF receipt displays all recorded cash movement details in a clean and printable format. It ensures accountability by capturing the exact timestamp, operator identity, and transaction amount.
6.) Enable POS Cash In/Out Report
This screen shows the configuration settings where administrators can activate the POS Cash In/Out Report features. Once enabled, the POS session interface will support generating detailed reports of all cash movements.

7.) Access Cash In/Out Report in POS Menu
The POS frontend includes a new menu option labeled Cash In/Out Report, accessible from the top-right user menu. Cashiers and managers can instantly generate a report for all cash adjustments made during the active session. This provides quick access to critical cash movement data without leaving the sales screen.
8.) Print Preview of Cash In/Out Movement Report
This preview displays the formatted Cash In/Out Report directly inside the POS interface. It includes transaction details such as date, reason, credit amount, and debit amount, giving users a clear financial summary. The report can be saved as a PDF or printed for audit and reconciliation purposes.
9.) Cash In/Out Report in POS Session Backend
From the backend POS session view, managers can view session details and generate a full Cash In/Out Report using the dedicated button. The right-side activity log records every cash drawer event, including Cash In and Cash Out operations.

10.) Detailed Cash In/Out PDF Report
The final PDF displays all session cash movements in a clear and structured layout. It includes the session name, POS location, opening date, each transaction's type, amount, reason, and user. The summary section shows Total Cash In, Total Cash Out, and the Net Balance, making it ideal for audits and financial reviews.
