Never worry about registers being left open overnight again. This feature utilizes a robust background automation (Cron Job) that monitors all active Point of Sale shops and closes them systematically without manual input.
Transparent Session Activity Ledger
Maintain total oversight of your business operations with a dedicated history log found under the configuration menu. Every time a session is closed by the system, it is recorded in the "POS Session History" with specific details including the session ID, the automated action taken, and the exact time of execution.

1.) Centralized Automation Control
Navigate to the specialized INKERP settings tab to manage your automation preferences in one place. This screen features a simple, intuitive toggle labeled Auto Close Session, allowing administrators to activate or deactivate the system-wide automation with a single click.
2.) Active Session Monitoring
The Point of Sale dashboard provides a real-time view of your current shop status, such as the Furniture Shop shown in an active state. While a session is open, the system displays a Continue Selling button, indicating that the register is currently in use and awaiting closure.
3.) Automated Scheduler Management
Behind the scenes, the Auto Close POS Sessions scheduled action serves as the engine of the application. This interface allows technical users to see exactly when the next automation will run, with the flexibility to execute the process immediately using the Run Manually button.
4.) System-Verified Session Closure
Once the automation completes its cycle, the POS dashboard reflects the change by updating the shop status automatically. The previously active "Continue Selling" button is replaced by the Open Register button, confirming that the session has been successfully finalized.
5.) Comprehensive Activity History
For full transparency, the application includes a dedicated POS Session History log accessible via the Configuration menu. This ledger records every automated event, documenting the specific session ID and the automated "auto_close" action performed by the OdooBot.
