Automatic POS Lock
Automatically locks the Point of Sale after the configured period of inactivity. This keeps the active register protected when the cashier temporarily leaves the workstation and reduces the risk of unauthorized transactions.
Configurable Idle Timeout
Set the inactivity period according to your business requirements, such as 60 seconds or longer. The configurable timeout gives businesses control over how quickly the POS should be protected when there is no activity.
Secure Unlock PIN
Protect the locked POS with a dedicated unlock PIN that must be entered before the register can be accessed again. This provides an additional layer of security and ensures that only authorized users can resume the POS session.
Manual POS Lock

1.) Enable POS Auto Lock
Enable the POS Auto Lock application from the Settings menu to activate register protection. This central setting allows administrators to turn the feature on for the Point of Sale system and provides a simple way to manage the security feature.
2.) Configure POS Auto Lock
Configure POS Auto Lock directly on the required Point of Sale configuration. Administrators can enable the feature, define the idle timeout, and set an unlock PIN so each register can have its own appropriate security settings.
3.) POS Register Locked Screen
When the configured inactivity period is reached, the register displays a dedicated locked screen instead of leaving the POS interface accessible. The screen provides the POS and cashier information along with a secure PIN entry area for authorized users.
4.) Manual Lock from POS
The Lock button in the POS header allows the cashier to protect the register immediately without waiting for the automatic timeout. This is useful whenever the cashier needs to leave the workstation and wants to keep the active POS session secure.
