Smart Buttons for Incoming & Outgoing Emails
The Partner Email module introduces two key buttons Incoming and Outgoing—on partner forms. These buttons display the number of emails sent and received from a specific contact, providing users with an at-a-glance overview of email interactions. The incoming button filters emails from the partner in the "From" field, while the outgoing button shows emails in which the partner's address appears in the "To" or "CC" fields.
Email Redirection for Quick Access
The email redirection feature takes users directly to a detailed list of emails associated with the contact. Clicking either the incoming or outgoing button on the partner form redirects users to an organized email list, where they can easily track and manage past communications. This functionality eliminates the need for time-consuming searching and ensures that users can access important email threads instantly.
Email Tracking and Categorization
The Partner Email module categorizes emails based on their relevance to a specific partner. The emails are grouped according to whether the partner appears in the "From," "To," or "CC" fields. This categorization streamlines email management and enables users to quickly identify and navigate relevant email conversations.

1.) User Form View
Displays the new "Incoming" and "Outgoing" smart buttons along with counters, allowing users to quickly see how many emails have been sent and received from this contact.

2.) Product Form View (Incoming)
When the "Incoming" button is clicked, users are directed to a comprehensive list of all emails sent by the selected contact, facilitating quick access to past communications.
3.) User Form View (Incoming Email Tracking)
The "Incoming" button highlights emails in which the partner's email appears in the "From" field, enabling users to identify relevant incoming messages easily.
4.) Product Form View (Outgoing)
Clicking the "Outgoing" button takes users to a detailed list of emails received by the contact, providing visibility into all incoming correspondence.
5.) Product Form View (Outgoing Email Tracking)
The "Outgoing" button shows emails where the partner's email is listed in the "To," "To (Partners)," or "CC" fields, ensuring users have a complete overview of all outgoing communications associated with the contact.
