1.) Parking Management Configuration
Enable and configure Parking Management from the Settings menu to activate parking operations for the system. Once enabled, administrators can manage parking floors, slots, rates, vehicle entry and exit, reservations, memberships, payments, and related parking activities from the dedicated Parking Management features.
2.) Parking Access Rights
Assign the appropriate Parking Management access level to employees who work with parking operations. This allows administrators to control who can configure parking data and who can only perform day-to-day parking activities.
3.) Vehicle Types
Maintain the different vehicle categories supported by the parking facility, such as cars, motorcycles, SUVs, or electric vehicles. Vehicle types can be used throughout the parking configuration to apply suitable slot sizes and pricing rules.
4.) Vehicle Type Configuration
Configure the individual vehicle type with its name, characteristics, and parking-related settings. Proper vehicle type configuration helps the system assign compatible parking spaces and calculate applicable parking charges.
5.) Parking Floors
Create and maintain multiple parking floors for buildings or parking facilities. Each floor can be associated with a Parking and used to organize parking slots according to the physical layout of the location.

Configure a parking floor and manage the information associated with its parking area. The floor structure provides the foundation for organizing slots and displaying them correctly on the parking dashboard.
7.) Parking Slots
View and manage the parking spaces available within the configured floors. Slot records provide centralized control over space identifiers, vehicle compatibility, status, position, and other parking-related information.
8.) Parking Slot Configuration
Configure an individual parking space with its slot number, floor, vehicle type, dimensions, position, and operational settings. This ensures that each space is accurately represented in the parking layout.
9.) Parking Slot Maintenance
Mark a parking slot for maintenance when it cannot currently be used. Maintenance status prevents staff from assigning the space to vehicles and helps keep the available parking count accurate.

Manage the pricing rules used to calculate parking charges. Multiple rates can be created for different parking requirements, vehicle categories, time periods, or pricing policies.

Define the detailed pricing structure for a parking rate, including time-based charges and other applicable rules. These settings allow parking staff to calculate customer fees consistently without manual calculations.
12.) Parking POS Settings
Configure the main Parking Management settings for the selected Parking POS. Administrators can select the parking floors and rates to be used by that POS and control important operational settings such as reservations, ticket printing, and vehicle registration.
13.) Parking POS Dashboard
The main parking dashboard provides a real-time overview of total slots, available spaces, reserved spaces, occupied spaces, occupancy percentage, revenue, completed parking sessions, and average stay duration. Staff can also search vehicles, tickets, floors, and slots from the same screen.
14.) Vehicle Entry & Booking
Start a new parking session by selecting an available slot and entering the required vehicle and customer information. The booking popup provides the details needed to reserve the space and begin the vehicle entry process.
15.) Parking Entry Payment
Process payment for parking entry directly through the POS payment interface. The configured parking fee is transferred into the payment flow so the cashier can complete the transaction and confirm the parking session.
16.) Parking Ticket Printing
Generate a dedicated parking ticket after the entry transaction is completed. The ticket contains the information required to identify the parking session and can be provided to the customer for use during checkout.
17.) Updated Parking Dashboard
After a vehicle is entered, the dashboard automatically reflects the updated slot status and parking statistics. Staff can immediately identify occupied or reserved spaces and continue managing other vehicles without leaving the parking dashboard.
18.) Vehicle Checkout & Exit
Start the exit process by selecting an occupied parking slot. The checkout interface calculates the applicable parking fee based on the configured rate and parking duration so the cashier can complete the vehicle exit accurately.
19.) Exit Parking Ticket
Generate the parking ticket or receipt related to the completed checkout transaction. This provides a useful record of the parking session and confirms the vehicle exit details for the customer and operator.
20.) Completed Parking Session
Once checkout is completed, the parking space becomes available again and the dashboard updates the occupancy and completed-session statistics. This gives staff an immediate view of the current parking capacity.
21.) Parking Tickets
Review the history of parking tickets generated throughout the parking operation. Users can search and filter tickets to locate specific parking sessions, monitor ticket status, and review historical parking activity.
22.) Parking Ticket Details
Open an individual parking ticket to review detailed information such as vehicle data, parking slot, entry time, exit time, charges, payment information, and ticket status. This screen is useful for auditing and resolving parking transaction queries.
23.) Parking Layout Editor
Open the Layout Editor directly from the parking screen to configure the visual arrangement of parking floors and slots. Administrators can add or modify floors, position parking slots, adjust their layout, and maintain an accurate visual representation of the physical parking facility.
24.) Parking Layout Editor
Open the visual layout editor to arrange parking floors and slots according to the physical parking area. The editor provides an easier way to maintain the parking map without relying only on standard backend records.
25.) Select Parking Slot and Edit Details
Select a parking slot from the floor layout to view its current configuration and details in the editor panel. Click the Edit Slot button to unlock the slot fields, allowing administrators to update the slot code, name, vehicle type, shape, status, color, position, width, height, and other layout properties.
26.) Parking Slot Layout Editor
Adjust the position and layout of individual parking slots using the visual editing interface. This helps administrators maintain an accurate representation of the parking structure and make changes quickly when the physical arrangement changes.
27.) Add or Edit Parking Slot
Create a new parking slot or update an existing slot directly from the layout editor. Configure the slot information, vehicle compatibility, and related parking properties while positioning the space where it belongs on the floor.
28.) Parking Slot Details
Review and update the detailed configuration of a selected parking slot from the editor. This provides quick access to important slot information while allowing administrators to maintain an accurate and usable parking layout.
