Features

User Access Control

This feature allows project managers to manage which users can view and add multiple users to project tasks. By toggling a simple Boolean setting in the user configuration, managers can grant or restrict access for multi-user task assignment. This ensures sensitive tasks are only visible to authorized personnel, maintaining data privacy while enabling collaboration among the right team members.

Multi-User Task Assignment

Assigned users can add multiple colleagues to any task within a project, enabling collaborative work on shared responsibilities. Each task can have several contributors, and all assigned users are clearly visible in the task list view.

Managers can enable the multi-user task assignment feature for selected users. Once activated, users with access can view and add multiple participants to projects, simplifying user management and collaboration.
