CRM Lead Custom Search Restriction
CRM Lead Search Restriction provides administrators with user-specific control over advanced search functionality in the CRM Lead module. The permission can be configured from individual user settings based on business requirements. When advanced search access is disabled, users cannot create custom filters, domains, or grouping options for lead records. Authorized users can access these advanced tools to organize, filter, and analyze CRM lead information. This helps maintain controlled search access while keeping standard CRM lead management and access rights unchanged.
Features
User-Based Advanced Search Permission
Administrators can control advanced search access for individual CRM Lead users from their user settings. This permission determines whether the selected user can access advanced search customization. It provides flexible control based on user roles and business requirements.
Custom Filter and Group Restriction
When CRM Lead Advanced Search is disabled, users cannot create custom filters, apply custom domains, or use custom grouping options. Users with permission can use these features to organize and analyze lead records. This keeps advanced search functionality available only to authorized users
